For one of our international clients based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, we are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator for the Benelux market. You will be a crucial part of an outstanding international Marketing team. Your role will include the coordination of all marketing activities, e.g. trade fairs, courses, events, seminars, webinars etc. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the company's Social Networks in many EU countries.

Responsibilities

Coordinating the marketing calendar for the Benelux region. The event calendar contains around 50 different events per year; many of them will be on Saturdays.

Planning, preparation, execution of educational events.

Coordinating participant administration: invites/confirmations/cancellations, logging leads into CRM pre/post event, satisfaction surveys, financial administration etc.

Venue organization and coordination at location

Material development and managing material packing/shipment through warehouse team

Managing the timely development of materials for the events through creative agency management and printing companies to ensure efficient availability throughout region

Ensures efficient interaction with logistics/warehouse dep. Is able to manage stock of course material for the region.

Key person for all trade shows in region including design, product and on site managing

Assists and maintains marketing budget with Country Manager, reviewed monthly.

Manages the communication mix to promote courses.

Execution of promos for the region throughout the year, including regular e-blast campaigns.

Responsible for the coordination of translations when desired for region

Works in close collaboration with counterparts in other countries, Country/Sales Managers and Sales Reps and Marketing Manager

Manages our Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) on aspects such as contracts, travel, lodging etc.

Is in direct contact with customers for all issues/questions related to courses and events.

Reports attendant lists for courses as needed to the salesforce.

Provides input for Management re courses, educational trends etc.

Act as a training associate for marketing when new hires arrive into the company

Maintains the Corporate Identity standards when organizing seminars, printing flyers, booth- design and course programs.

Maintaining product literature stock levels including re-order, re-design & translation.

Responsible for ongoing support / training / advice for Marketing Warehouse Assistant.

Responsible for tracking and updating marketing and education activities budgets

Requirements

Bachelor Degree preferable in Marketing or Event management

3-5 years of experience in Marketing and organizing events

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch, French is a plus.

Digital Marketing experience: Wordpress, Hubspot, Google Analytics

Community Management experience: Facebook; LinkedIn etc.

Knowledge of seminar locations/facilities in the Benelux region.

Highly capable of building professional relationships on a national and international level.

Knows practicalities for organizing trade shows, courses and seminars.

High level of planning accuracy combined with excellent organisational skills.

Fluent in English and Dutch both spoken and in writing, French or any other language is a plus
